Two weeks ago I went with my boyfriend and his sister to Uncommon SW11 (yes guys, it is kind of our favorite coffee shop). When I wanted to hand them my loyalty card to get closer to a free coffee, they said they don't do it anymore. They are using "RWRD" now. An app, where you need to scan the QR code from the till per coffee you purchased.
First I was not really impressed with this app - until I played with it a few days later on the bus to work, and I figured that it can be used as a search machine to discover new coffee shops. I got excited.
I looked through it, especially near the area I work, so I could try them out before work instead of hanging around the office all the time before work.
As you might think by yourself - I haven't done it yet, though. Time was not matching, I was too busy to even have a bit of the relaxing way to explore before work. However, I do have it on my list and will definitely use this app to discover more places. And of course - share them with you!
